EMERGENCY SERVICES
Emergency and disaster assistance is available at all times.
In an emergency, the Center may be reached during weekday working hours (8:30 to 5:00) at 413-458-5741, and after hours and on weekends and holidays at 413-458-9545 ext 212.
During off-hours, calls will immediately be referred to a conservator, who will contact the institution and arrange for the most appropriate action.
